The Role
Working alongside a Senior Fee Earner, you will provide comprehensive support on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. This position is ideally suited to someone with at least six months' experience in a similar role who is keen to take on greater responsibility and continue building their expertise within a respected property team.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Support role
- Exposure to residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
- Opening new client files and accurately inputting data into the case management system
- Drafting routine legal documents and preparing client correspondence
- Assisting with issuing contracts and dealing with replies to enquiries
- Ordering property searches and supporting matters through to exchange
- Assisting with completion, including issuing mortgage reports and final documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date and compliant case files in line with internal procedures
