I'm working with a top-tier real estate and property practice that is expanding its Leeds team. This firm is now looking for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join its group. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions with excellent support, visibility and development.
What the role involves:
- Leading on significant real estate deals including acquisitions, disposals, portfolios, landlord and tenant and mixed-use projects
- Working with developers, investors, occupiers, public bodies and private clients, providing strategic and commercial advice across the full lifecycle of property projects
- Collaborating closely with planning, development, construction, project finance and corporate colleagues to deliver complete solutions
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to the strategic growth of the team
- Playing an active role in expanding the practice in Leeds and across other offices as the firm strengthens its real estate sector offering
What the firm is looking for:
- At least 6 years PQE as a Solicitor (England & Wales)
- A strong track record in real estate investment or development work including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
- Experience managing or mentoring junior colleagues
