An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded and expanding litigation team in Hull. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality claimant clinical negligence matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, while also assisting on complex and high-value cases where required.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters
- Investigating claims, obtaining expert evidence and preparing detailed reports
- Drafting pleadings and progressing cases in line with the Civil Procedure Rules
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties
- Delivering exceptional client care with sensitivity and professionalism
You will have 2+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence (or equivalent experience), strong technical knowledge and litigation experience, excellent communication and client care skills, and the ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
