An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded dispute resolution team in Leeds. Working with a varied client base across sectors including technology and manufacturing, you will manage your own caseload of complex disputes while mentoring senior lawyers and helping to drive the team's continued growth.

Description
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
- Advising clients on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and IT related disputes
- Acting for a broad range of businesses across sectors including technology and manufacturing
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice and strategic solutions
- Working with Partners on complex and high value disputes
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to develop existing client accounts
- Taking a role in networking, marketing and business development activities
Profile
- A solicitor with approximately 6 to 10 years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Experienced in handling contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and commercial disputes independently
- Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable developing junior team members
- Commercially aware with strong client relationship management skills
- A track record in business development activities
- An excellent communicator with strong technical and drafting skills
