This will be 27.5 hours per week Term Time only plus 5 training days. The Yorkshire Learning Trust wishes to appoint a highly enthusiastic and motivated Cook to join our School Meals team working in our Monk Fryston school kitchen. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work under pressure and in a team. Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment is essential.
Responsibilities
- The core focus of this job is delivering an efficient catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.
- The post holder will carry out duties such as food preparation and service and other kitchen management duties including the supervision of staff, ordering food, stocktaking and administration, serving meals to children and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room.
