We’re looking for someone pretty special to join our Learning & Development team as their new coordinator. Responsibilities
- You’ll be the friendly, organised heartbeat of our Learning & Development offer — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our colleagues get the very best experience.
- One minute you’ll be scheduling essential training or welcoming new starters to Yorkshire Housing, and the next you’ll be diving into compliance reports, refreshing online modules, or chatting with stakeholders to keep learning journeys on track.
- You’ll be the go‑to guru for our Learning Management System — uploading content, managing learning paths and audiences, sorting reports, and making sure everything’s accurate, accessible and ready to help colleagues be their best.
Qualifications
- Has experience in Learning & Development coordination or admin and thrives in a busy environment.
- Absolutely loves working with data (you know, the kind who smiles when a spreadsheet finally balances…)
