We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader (Electrical and Facilities) to join our team, leading the delivery of electrical services across our homes in Yorkshire. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements, while supporting your team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What will you be doing?
- You'll be responsible for overseeing a team delivering electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations.
- Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you'll manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and support your team to deliver excellent results.
- Your role will combine leadership, operational oversight, and technical support to ensure services are efficient, compliant, and customer focused.
- You'll also lead and support a team of electricians and operatives.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery and workload management.
- Monitor performance, set targets, and drive improvements.
- Ensure all work is compliant with regulations and safety standards.
- Carry out quality checks, audits, and performance reviews.
- Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.

This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll combine leadership and technical expertise to deliver a high-performing service. This is an Agile job, in which you will be out and about, at the office and working from home.
