Role Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional Data, Risk and Assurance Manager to help shape a confident, forward-thinking approach to risk, data protection and assurance. You’ll play a vital role in smart decision making, protecting what matters most and building a secure future for our customers.
This is an agile homeworking role, with occasional days in our Leeds workspace. Travel to Leeds is required on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day, you will lead our data protection, risk and assurance work — ensuring compliance while keeping things practical and fit for purpose. You will own our risk and controls framework, data protection and business continuity processes, oversee internal audit and collaborate with senior leaders and the Board to provide clear insight and assurance.
You will also lead and develop a fantastic team, coaching and motivating them to grow their impact and work collaboratively across the organisation.

- Someone who is great at building relationships and influencing others across all levels
- The ability to bring complex topics to life, whether that’s with the Board, senior leaders or colleagues
- A genuine customer obsession, always thinking about how to improve what we do
- A clear, down-to-earth communicator who is organised, approachable and gets things done
- The ability to juggle priorities and keep things on track, without losing sight of detail
