You must hold a full UK driving license for this role, and a basic DBS check will be required if successful.

Ideally, we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they have been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker! We really just want the skills you can bring to our teams.

You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. You’ll also be able to perform other trades alongside joinery, being your main one, you’ll also have experience dealing with Damp, Mould and Condensation works. We call these roles internally Multiskilled Operatives just FYI!

How much?

£31,967.46 per annum for a 37.5-hour week

When?

You’ll work a 37.5-hour week, between 8am and 6pm but we can be flexible with this.

We do have to look after our customers 24/7, so you’ll be expected to cover a call out service, but don’t worry, there are lots of willing folk helping out, so the rota is flexible and given in advance notice so you can plan around this.

Where?

Your primary location will be across West Yorkshire, but you may need to travel across the whole of Yorkshire as required.
