Yorkshire Health Partners (YHP) is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Lead to support delivery of high-impact programmes that improve services and outcomes for local communities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate a range of projects while also contributing to the development of innovative income-generating services, including private and non-NHS-funded provision. Job responsibilities
East Riding of Yorkshire continues to evolve its approach to delivering integrated health and care services. YHP has established dedicated programme capacity to support this transformation and deliver high-impact improvements for residents. The Project Lead will support delivery across multiple programmes and initiatives, working closely with system partners and internal stakeholders. The post holder will bring strong project and programme management expertise, with the ability to work autonomously to plan and deliver complex projects, using population health insights to drive meaningful change.
Job Summary
- Deploy project management knowledge, skills and experience to drive forward multiple programmes and projects
