Yorkshire Health Partners (YHP) is looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Co‑ordinator to support the operational delivery of a range of programmes and projects. Job responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Programme Co‑ordinator will play a key role in supporting the operational delivery of programmes and projects across YHP, ensuring that workstreams are actively managed, monitored, and progressed. The postholder will focus on coordinating programme activity, tracking delivery, supporting implementation, and maintaining oversight of performance, risks, and outcomes, while also providing administrative support where required. This role is central to ensuring that programme activity moves from planning into effective delivery, supporting teams to stay on track, identify issues early, and achieve intended outcomes.

Job Summary

  • Support the tracking of performance data and outcomes

  • Evidence of training in data handling, reporting, or governance processes
