Yorkshire Education are currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to work at a Client School located in the Pocklington area.
Teacher of Science Responsibilities:
- Deliver Science lessons to a range of abilities in line with curriculum.
- Maintain organised learning resources.
- Support the progress of all students by taking an active role in departmental support.
- Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining peace, motivation and challenge.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
- Use creative teaching methods to engage students in lessons.
Teacher of Science Requirements:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Degree.
- Ability to work well within a team and share best practice across the school.
- Have a committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
- Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviour.
- Hold a Child Only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one with Yorkshire Education Recruitment.
