About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from winning new business to placing candidates and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, screen and interview candidates to match client requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
  • Advertise roles, search CV databases, and utilise social media channels
  • Meet and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
  • Provide expert advice on market trends and hiring strategies

  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
