Role Description: Part time/temporary role working as a Nursery Practitioner in a primary school near Pocklington. The position will start after Easter and will run until the end of the academic year. The Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. The practitioner will also collaborate with parents and staff to support the developmental needs of each child.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Childcare, Child Development, or Early Years Education
- Strong Communication and Teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential
- First Aid Certification is a plus
- A genuine passion for working with young children
