About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from winning new business to placing candidates and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview candidates to match client requirements
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
- Advertise roles, search CV databases, and utilise social media channels
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Provide expert advice on market trends and hiring strategies

- Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
