Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support the learning and development of all pupils in the classroom.
- Help maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of fun, safe, and stimulating activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with primary-aged children, especially in KS2.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
