Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support the learning and development of all pupils in the classroom.
  • Help maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of fun, safe, and stimulating activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with primary-aged children, especially in KS2.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
