As our Regional Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs that enhance performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction across multiple clinic locations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our team communicates our services with confidence, empathy, and precision—translating Yorkshire Dental Suite’s premium service into tangible results.
- Develop and deliver in-person and virtual sales training programs tailored to the dental and aesthetics industry.
- Regularly assess sales performance metrics across locations and identify training needs.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales approach.
- Keep training materials and processes aligned with evolving service offerings and compliance standards (GDC/CQC).
- Inspire a high-performance sales culture that reflects Yorkshire Dental Suite’s values and commitment to excellence.
Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or aesthetic setting.
Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust training accordingly.
Ability to travel across multiple sites in Yorkshire as needed.
