This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Experience Specialist located in either our Flagship Leeds practice or our Wakefield practice. The role involves managing and improving patient experiences, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling, and addressing patient concerns to provide an exceptional level of care. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to enhance patient satisfaction and contributing to a positive atmosphere in the clinic.
