As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Lead Dental Nurse to join our Birmingham team and play a key role in supporting the practice and our nursing team.
About the Role:
As the Lead Dental Nurse, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the nursing team and clinical areas. You'll ensure smooth running of the practice while supporting your colleagues and maintaining our high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing team, providing leadership and support
- Organise and manage staff rotas
- Handle stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
- Maintain compliance with infection control and CQC standards
- Support with onboarding and training of new nurses
- Carry out general dental nursing duties, assisting clinicians as required
- Help to drive clinical excellence and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
