What You’ll Do:- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism — you’ll be the first impression of our clinic
- Manage busy dental and nursing diaries to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Deliver an exceptional standard of service and patient care
- Take initiative, prioritise tasks, and support your colleagues with energy and confidence
- A can-do attitude and a passion for outstanding service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of customer service and admin experience
- Ambition and drive to grow personally and professionally
- Excellent phone manner and organisational ability
- Competitive salary: £25,000–£27,000 per year
