Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients with elegance, warmth, and discretion
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails with meticulous attention to detail
- Supporting client onboarding, follow-ups, and treatment scheduling
- Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily flow
- Delivering a consistently five-star experience throughout the client journey
- Representing Yorkshire Dental Suite with pride and professionalism

- Front Office / Guest Relations in 5* Hotels or Private Members Clubs
- VIP Client Care in Luxury Retail
- Concierge or Reception in Luxury Hospitality
- Private Healthcare or Aesthetic Clinics (Dental experience not required – full training provided)
