We're Hiring: Dental Compliance Assistant

Location: Leeds (Travel required across all clinics – mileage paid)

Job Type: Full-time

Are you a highly organised, proactive individual with a passion for dental compliance and business performance? Yorkshire Dental Suite is looking for a dynamic Dental Compliance Assistant to help support and drive excellence across our growing network of private dental clinics. This is a key role for someone with a background in dentistry—ideally an ex-Lead Nurse or Practice Manager—who understands that compliance and patient care go hand in hand with business success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in dentistry is essential – ex-Lead Nurse or Practice Manager preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, Infection Control, and general dental compliance
  • Business-minded – understands the importance of compliance and revenue generation
  • Confident delegator and motivator – able to give clear, constructive feedback that inspires teams
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability for workload
  • A transparent and confident communicator who can engage at all levels
  • Hands-on when needed, but knows when and how to delegate effectively
  • A strong planner – thrives on structure and avoids firefighting
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across clinic locations (mileage paid)
  • Always maintains a positive, solutions-focused attitude
