We are hiring a CRM Manager in Leeds LS12 for a full-time, office-based position at Yorkshire Dental Suite. The salary is £45-£55k DOE.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own our end-to-end CRM strategy using HubSpot - email marketing, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Write engaging, on-brand emails that educate, convert, and delight.
  • Build smart, data-driven workflows that guide customers from first enquiry to long-term retention.
  • Partner with our marketing, sales, and design teams to keep CRM activity aligned with campaigns.
  • Report on CRM performance (opens, CTR, conversions, retention) and optimise for real results.
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and testing to ensure timely, relevant communications.
  • Stay on top of CRM best practices and compliance (GDPR included).
  • Add value to campaign ideation and bring the voice of the patient into everything we do.
