Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead and elevate the entire customer journey across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal leadership role for a confident, polished professional with a background in premium hospitality or luxury retail. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for service excellence and have the ability to coach, develop, and inspire our front-of-house and aftercare teams to consistently deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the full client experience — from initial contact through to post-treatment follow-up
- Develop and implement service protocols aligned with our luxury brand standards
- Train and mentor front-of-house and aftercare staff to uphold best-in-class service delivery
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing development
- Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure an impeccable standard of presentation
- Resolve client concerns with discretion, empathy, and effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to align service strategy with business goals
