📍 Location: Office-Based – Lower Wortley Road, Leeds (LS12)

💼 Role Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

💰 Salary: £37k- £42k DOE

Join one of the UK’s most innovative dental brands! Yorkshire Dental Suite is expanding its marketing team, and we’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the charge in developing affiliate partnerships that grow our brand reach and patient acquisition efforts. With at least 3 years of experience in a B2C setting such as ecommerce, beauty, or fashion. You’ll bring deep expertise in platforms like Awin and a strong commercial mindset to help us scale.

🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute Yorkshire Dental Suite’s affiliate strategy from the ground up.
• Manage relationships with publishers and influencers via Awin and other platforms.
• Negotiate placements, commissions, and collaborations that maximise ROI.
• Analyse market data and performance metrics to spot trends and drive growth.
• Regularly report on key KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and deliver actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
• Stay updated on affiliate trends, regulations, and platform developments.
• Lay the foundation for a growing affiliate team as the channel scales.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience with Awin or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to build and optimise profitable affiliate partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, confident using data to guide strategy.
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy.
• A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred (Russell Group university ideal).
