About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

  • Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals—whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members—without the pressure of sales targets.

No working day in branch is ever the same, you will be welcoming our customers as they walk in the door, supporting them with their digital queries, opening or changing accounts in whichever channel they prefer. We are passionate about engaging with the local community delivering our business outreach educational sessions that help educate adults and children. The YBS Whitby branch is conveniently positioned to key shopping facilities, nearby free parking and has some train and bus links.
