Senior Campaign Manager – Accord Mortgages (12-Month FTC)
We\’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Channels team, focusing on Accord Mortgages -our intermediary-only mortgage brand. In this role, you\’ll craft compelling, insight-led communications that resonate with brokers and intermediaries, driving engagement and supporting business growth.

About the Role
As a Senior Campaign Manager for Accord Mortgages, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering broker communications across Email, CRM, Social and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and regulatory standards.
  • Creating innovative and effective campaigns that support broker education, product awareness, and conversion, while enhancing the overall intermediary experience.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure campaign activity aligns with the broader Accord marketing strategy and leverages efficiencies across media and channels.
  • Using broker insights and market data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure campaigns deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Financial Promotions Policy and FCA regulations in all communications.

About You
You\’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a broker-centric mindset to the table. With a sharp eye on compliance and a passion for innovation, you\’ll help steer Accord\’s marketing efforts to support our intermediary partners and business goals. You\’ll also have:

  • Experience in mortgage or financial services marketing (intermediary experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to use CRM and email platforms to deliver data-led campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies .
  • Confidence to take direction from senior leaders and deliver broker-facing communications that meet strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills , with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and with external partners.
