Overview

Executive Resourcing & Inclusion Specialist at Yorkshire Building Society

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leaders and key stakeholders to deliver an efficient and highly effective resourcing service. Build strong relationships to proactively plan and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns, utilising a range of sourcing methods.
  • Own key relationships and take a proactive approach to recruitment planning. Understand current and future requirements to plan and source for upcoming vacancies or pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance, challenging, and promoting best practice in recruitment while supporting the delivery of the Inclusion Strategy. Commit to a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain external relationships with third-party suppliers and proactively grow networks to secure great talent, gain market insight, and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the wider R&I Team to deliver key projects and support recruitment across different business areas and specialisms.

About You

  • Experienced recruiter, either from agency or in-house, with proven end-to-end recruitment campaign delivery and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
  • Confident in creating and advertising on social media, and using LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates and build talent pools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to partner effectively at all levels within the business (up to Director and Chief).
  • Dynamic role requiring strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and workload effectively.
