This hands-on role partners with leaders, OE colleagues and People partners to deliver practical, people-centred transitions. You’ll use data-driven insights to shape decisions, manage stakeholder engagement, and balance pace with cost while protecting colleague experience in a hybrid Leeds-based environment.
