About the Role

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

Chatham Branch is looking for a new addition to our very successful and motivated team, we are committed to growing our business and are extremely passionate about providing new and existing customers with an exceptional service. Here in Chatham, we love to help our local community using our volunteering hours to support our Charity partner Fareshare with fundraising and practical support in their distribution sites. As well as delivering financial education sessions for both children and adults in the local area.

The Management team are passionate about personal development and if you have aspirations to move on to further opportunities, we will actively build your skills and capabilities to support this. Chatham branch is easily accessible by local transport with both a bus station and train station within walking distance. There is also car parking availability directly behind the branch at cost.
