We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager - Architecture to set the direction for our enterprise-wide architecture capability and play a pivotal role in shaping how technology enables our business strategy. Reporting at a senior level, you’ll lead the development and governance of our enterprise, application, data, security and infrastructure architectures, ensuring they are aligned to organisational goals, future-focused, and consistently applied across all technology initiatives.
You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to translate strategy into clear architectural direction and delivery. This is a highly influential role, combining deep architectural expertise with strong leadership, governance, and change capability.
About the role- Owning the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and principles across the organisation
- Leading the development and maintenance of enterprise, application, information, security and infrastructure architectures
- Running effective architecture governance to ensure initiatives align to the target-state architecture
- Owning and evolving the technology roadmap to support business strategy, innovation, and competitive advantage
- Working closely with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and shape technical direction
- Work with our Change Delivery function to drive and enable portfolio change by facilitating and managing change initiatives that impact enterprise technology and operating models
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing architecture leadership team
- Developing and maintaining organisation‑wide architecture standards, policies, and methodologies
- Extensive senior‑level experience in enterprise and solution architecture within complex organisations
- Proven experience setting architecture strategy, standards, and governance at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of technology landscapes, development lifecycles, and architectural methodologies
- Demonstrable leadership experience, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering multiple, complex technology initiatives to time and budget
