Yorkshire Building Society is hiring a Business Readiness Manager to join our Change Delivery team. You’ll ensure change is delivered, adopted, embedded and sustained across the Society, acting as the bridge between change delivery and operational reality in a hybrid Leeds role.
You’ll work with delivery teams, stakeholders and People Change Managers to assess impacts, manage risks and develop readiness plans that include training, communications and deployment activities, helping our members.
