Change Delivery Operations Lead - Change Delivery
We are looking for a Change Delivery Operations Lead to help our Delivery Squads navigate governance, risk, assurance and operational demands effectively.
This role is suited to someone who can reduce delivery friction, translate control expectations and provide clear senior-level insight without duplicating project, planning or governance accountabilities.
- What you'll be doing
- Act as an operational interface between Delivery Squads, Risk, Assurance and Audit teams.
- Coordinate delivery inputs, evidence and responses for assurance, RCSA and control activity.
- Anticipate delivery pressure points and surface material risks early.
- Prepare concise, outcome-focused narratives for senior governance forums.
- Support critical delivery incidents, readiness activity, cutover, release and route-to-live coordination.
- Highlight emerging resource, capacity or cost pressures through appropriate planning and governance routes.
- Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery operations.
