Ready for something different? An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lending Administration Specialist to join a growing and exciting team based in our Peterborough office. This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2026 within Commercial Lending. This will not only give you some exciting new challenges, but you'll get the opportunity to develop in a supportive and growing business area.

As our new Commercial Lending Administration Specialist, you'll play a key role in onboarding new customers, providing essential administration and analytical support within the Commercial Lending business. Enjoy a varied role supporting customer applications within Commercial Lending. You'll be involved in all stages of the process, from conducting due diligence on customers and properties to requesting valuations, processing applications and entering data. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with completions, portfolio, and Lending Managers making a real impact on the customer journey. This is a role that will place you at the heart of the way we do business, and you'll be provided with the support you need to succeed.

You’ll need an appreciation of commercial lending and the products we offer as well as relish a dynamic and fast paced workload, this’ll be coupled with:

  • Great customer service skills, and the ability to deal with a wide range of commercial customers and brokers
  • Have a solid understanding of mortgage processes and regulations
  • Adaptable to a changing environment as the team and business expands
  • Great communication skills with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders
  • An excellent eye for detail, and a flair for data and analysis
