Requirements
- Hands‑on experience developing code in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and RPA tooling
- Experience building technical solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to transform member journeys and drive operational efficiency at scale
- Experience building, evolving, and supporting RPA capability and embedding automation into core processes
- Experience building agents and flows within Microsoft products and deploying them through Microsoft tools
- Strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies and platforms used within digital and cloud applications
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure Dev Ops or similar tooling for work management, CI/CD, and deployment
- Desirable: hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Desirable: exposure to developing and supporting AI agents in a Microsoft technology stack
- Desirable: exposure to API integrations, such as Azure API Gateway
- Desirable: experience developing in Automation Anywhere RPA tool
- Desirable: experience working across multiple IT teams, collaborating with Architecture, Security, and Operations
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and create test automation of software and configuration that delivers value to our customers
- Build and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Develop and support RPA solutions to help scale automation across the business
- Design and build agents and flows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Azure Dev Ops
- Contribute to high‑quality engineering through code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and analysts to shape solutions and delivery plans
- Ensure solutions align with current and future architecture standards
- Be part of an on‑call team that supports our services out of hours
