About the role
As an End User Experience Engineer, you will:
- Act as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, helping to optimise collaboration and AI-enabled capabilities across the organisation.
- Support the introduction and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features, ensuring colleagues are ready to maximise their benefits.
- Investigate and resolve complex Microsoft platform issues, working closely with our managed service partners to identify root causes and drive improvements.
- Deliver high-quality executive technology support and provide technical leadership for key meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain processes, knowledge articles and operational documentation that enhance service quality and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve colleague experience through modern workplace technologies and intelligent workflows.
About you
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder skills. You'll be comfortable supporting senior colleagues, communicating complex concepts clearly and remaining calm under pressure. In addition, you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including emerging AI capabilities.
- Experience assessing new technologies and translating them into practical adoption, training and readiness activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools, meeting room technology and audio-visual solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships through discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with proactive experience monitoring, XLA frameworks, telemetry dashboards or workplace automation tools such as Power Automate would be advantageous.
