Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals, whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

Bradford Branch is in the city centre on Bank Street and positions to the entrance of the Broadway shopping centre. Transport into Bradford is great with two train stations, good bus service and free car parking within a short walking distance. Bradford branch is one of the largest branches within the network with a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are a large team with a real mixture of colleague experience ranging from 30 years plus to 6 months, all supported and trained to a high level. It’s an amazing place to work; our team enjoys going the extra mile for their customers and engaging out in the community with a variety of activities and events.
