Analyst - Stress Testing

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Analyst – Stress Testing to join our Balance Sheet Management team. As we navigate a period of significant transformation, this role will be crucial in supporting the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and improvement of stress testing team\’s core deliverables across the society. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining an office presence as needed to meet business requirements.

About the role

Support the production of stress tests across ICAAP, Corporate Planning, and Reverse Stress Testing, including stress outputs for the Society\’s recovery plan.
Produce analytical, MI, and reporting outputs, supporting the Balance Sheet Management and wider stakeholder groups to understand stress testing.
Maintain stress testing models and provide additional insights/analytics to support cyclical stress processes.
Collaborate with the Group Economist to develop economic scenarios used in stress tests.
Develop and implement new control frameworks and policy developments.

About you

Knowledge of stress testing in Financial Services.
Understanding of ICAAP Pillar 2B production.
Good knowledge of Balance Sheet Management principles.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Excel.
