About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll:

  • Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that's saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what's right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

Each YBS branch has its own unique character and strengths, making every location a special place to work. Croydon Branch is looking for a new addition to our very successful and motivated team, we are committed to growing our business and are extremely passionate about providing new and existing customers with an exceptional service. You will be fully supported with the necessary training to service our customers' mortgage and savings needs and requirements through multiple channels, including face to face, telephone and online. We are passionate about personal development and if you have aspirations to move on to further opportunities, we will actively build your skills and capabilities. Croydon branch is easily accessible by train with East Croydon station within walking distance.
