About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, youll: Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether thats saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.

Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.

Focus on doing whats right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer service to join our small friendly team here in Canterbury.

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing an outstanding level of support and service to our savings and mortgage customers.

As well as helping our customers in branch and over the phone there are opportunities to volunteer in the local community delivering financial education workshops in schools and community groups.

The branch is located in St Margaret's Street in the centre of the city just off the High Street between HMV and Cosy Club.
