About the Role
- Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
- Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.

Here in the Whitby branch we have an experienced team who are dedicated in providing exceptional customer service as we continue to grow our branch presence within Whitby and the wider community we serve. No working day in branch is ever the same, you will be welcoming our customers as they walk in the door, supporting them with their digital queries, opening or changing accounts in whichever channel they prefer.
