About the role

You will provide essential administrative support to all underwriting service delivery teams. Your work will help ensure that we are lending in accordance with agreed practices and service levels. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all Customer, Broker, Solicitor, and internal customers correspondence received (post, emails and faxes) are worked or allocated within agreed service standards.
  • Ensuring that any necessary Customer batch printing of offers is carried out accurately in accordance with set service standards.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to internal underwriting colleagues and external parties such as Solicitors, Brokers, and Customers.
  • Look at ways we could improve processes and automate where possible.

About you

You will need to have great administration skills and experience, coupled with:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Please note: You will be required to work from our Peterborough office with the option to work from home occasionally.
