YBS is currently undergoing a significant transformation, making operational risk increasingly critical. To enhance our 2LOD operational risk teams' capabilities, we are seeking 3 Senior Managers of Operational Risk Oversight to join us and bolster our operational risk oversight capability.

In these roles you will manage the 2LOD Oversight of Operational Risk to YBS Directors, Chief Officers and the Board, ensuring Operational Risks are understood, managed, and mitigated such that the sustainability of YBS and the delivery of its strategy is not compromised.

You will be responsible for providing independent oversight over all of YBS's Operational Risks including IT, Change, Cyber, Business Continuity, Data, People, Health and Safety, Payments and Operational Resilience.

Working closely with relevant 1LOD stakeholders you will oversee the provision of close and continuous Operational Risk Oversight, providing challenge and advice to ensure that effective and efficient risk frameworks are in place and embedded to drive the identification, reporting and management of all operational risks.

You will represent the 2LOD at senior level risk committees providing challenge and oversight to Directors and Chief Officers.

As you will be working with stakeholders across the business at senior level it is important that you have excellent stakeholder management and influencing experience. You must be a subject matter expert in Operational Risk management and mitigation ideally with a focus on IT, change or cyber risks and experience identifying strategic operational risk management priorities to deliver planned outcomes. Given the broad range of operational risks you must be adaptable and able to apply your risk management expertise to a wide range of different scenarios.

You must be able to run an operational risk function in a regulated environment to drive improvements and enhance the capabilities of the team.
