Join our Organisational Effectiveness team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our colleagues by supporting people change initiatives. You\’ll be responsible for managing all related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate processing of information and timely delivery of outputs using digital systems all whilst enabling a great colleague experience.

About this role

  • Deliver accurate and timely processing of all administration connected to People Change.
  • Take ownership and coordinate delivery planning, produce people change packs and related materials to meet timescales.
  • Track and co-ordinate colleague data and insight throughout the colleague journey and ensure this is provided to the team in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to regular reviews of the colleague experience journey (process and procedures), taking ownership for process improvements which will enable the improvement of the end-to-end colleague experience and back-office processes.
  • Ensure that all risks and issues are escalated to the OE Partner/OE Lead as required with necessary recommendations for improvements.
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders (both senior business leaders and people division colleagues) throughout the colleague change process to ensure they have what they require to support the colleague experience.
