We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with on-site collaboration at our central Leeds office.
About the role
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for advancing strategic initiatives that enhance our customer communications.
Working within a team of four, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of these initiatives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the transition and delivery of statutory communications to ensure compliance and efficiency. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will provide guidance on methodology and communication data requirements to support our diverse, multi-channel communication activities.
You will collaborate closely with the wider Marketing Team and the Customer Communications Team to help YBS achieve its objectives.

About you
You’ll have strong experience in delivering data-driven communications across multiple channels (including Direct Mail, Email, and SMS), ideally within a CRM multi-channel/multi-brand environment.
You’ll also need a solid understanding of data, with experience in manipulating and analysing large datasets using SQL and SAS.
In addition, you’ll be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. You’ll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, so you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
