There is a large variation of daily tasks from counter transactions, savings meetings, digital support as well as in and outbound calls ensuring we deliver a truly customer centric service. As well as day to day tasks and activities, we strongly support individual personal growth and development in knowledge, skill and behavioural areas, and also support colleague succession and progression for those who aspire to. There will be opportunities to be able to both engage and work in other branches, and there will be a requirement to work between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, as well as with others outside of your branch team who are also onboarding, as well as the wider business.
