About the Role

  • Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goals whether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
  • Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for our members without the pressure of sales targets.

We’re looking for someone to share our passion in giving exceptional customer service and providing great value to our members and our business. This is an exciting, fast paced role which is extremely varied, from transacting on the counter, supporting our members with savings meetings, helping prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to our community, to working with our Citizens Advice partnership to provide our members real help with real lives. This list is not exhaustive and no two days’ will ever be the same but what does remain constant, is putting our members at the heart of everything we do.

We are passionate in supporting your Personal Development and will give you the tools to build your skills and capabilities and with such a varied role, every day will be a school day! The branch is situated on East Street next door to KFC and opposite Sports Direct. There are various pay and display carparks nearby and we’re only a 15 minute walk from the local train station.
