About the role

As an Insight & Reporting Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality management information, dashboards and insight across the Customer and Operations divisions.

  • Produce monthly and quarterly MI and reporting outputs, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and aligned to governance standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools, helping to improve automation and efficiency.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and emerging themes, contributing to clear and structured insight for governance forums and senior stakeholders.

About you

You’ll enjoy working with data and take pride in producing accurate, well-structured outputs that help others make decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a reporting, analysis or data-related role, with strong Excel skills and an interest in developing tools like Power BI.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to validate data, identify inconsistencies and work to defined reporting cycles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and contribute to insight and commentary.
