Shape how delivery happens at scale at Yorkshire Building Society. This is a high-impact leadership role combining framework ownership, delivery standards and professional community leadership, with strong executive visibility. You’ll lead a large delivery community - driving consistency, capability and predictability across the portfolio.
The Chapter Lead Delivery Management is accountable for defining and evolving the enterprise delivery management framework, while leading and developing the Delivery Management community of practice across the organisation.
- Own and continuously improve delivery standards, frameworks, artefacts and tooling, ensuring consistent planning, governance and execution across all delivery activity.
- Lead and develop the Delivery Management community (c.50 practitioners), building a strong professional identity through capability frameworks, career pathways, coaching and communities of practice.
- Drive delivery performance and quality by using portfolio insight (plan stability, RAID, dependencies and predictability), aligning delivery, governance and risk functions to optimise outcomes across complex portfolios.
You are a senior delivery leader with a strong track record of building high-performing delivery communities alongside shaping enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
- Significant experience leading delivery management capability at scale, including ownership of professional standards, frameworks and community development across large portfolios.
- Strong technical capability across delivery planning, governance, RAID, dependency management and portfolio performance insight.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and uplift delivery capability across a regulated environment, acting as a trusted advisor on delivery approach, governance and recovery strategies.
