- Develop and deliver readiness plans, including training, communications and deployment activities
- Manage change impacts, dependencies and readiness risks
- Support safe, evidence-based go-live decision making
- Drive successful adoption, embedding and benefits realisation
About you
You'll be an experienced change, business readiness or project professional with a passion for helping people and teams successfully navigate change. You’ll bring
- Experience leading business readiness, change management or project delivery activities
- A track record of supporting large-scale change or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge constructively
- Experience assessing business impacts and translating complex requirements into practical action plans
- Excellent planning, facilitation and communication skills
- A collaborative, outcome-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working within a regulated environment and an understanding of areas such as Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience or Conduct Risk would be advantageous
If you're passionate about making change work in practice, creating positive outcomes for colleagues and members, and influencing successful adoption across the business, we'd love to hear from you!
